About Us:
At Lakeshore Residence, we’re committed to Making Every Moment Matter™. Situated in the heart of Belle River, Ontario, a brand-new long-term care residence is scheduled to open in January 2026.

The residence will feature 96 single occupancy rooms with private ensuites and 64 shared rooms, along with 24-hour nursing care and a wide range of personal support services aimed at enhancing quality of life and well-being.

As the opening approaches, applications are now being accepted for Personal Support Workers (PSWs), Registered Nurses (RNs), and Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) who are passionate about delivering person-centred living.

What Are We Looking For:

• Strong commitment to person-centred living
• Collaborative, team-based mindset with strong communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and evolving healthcare environment
• Relevant certifications (PSW Certificate, CNO Registration for RPNs/RNs)
• Long-term care experience is an asset but not required for all roles
