 Position Type: Full time
 Reporting to: Executive Directior

 Hours:  6am - 2pm / 3pm - 11pm
 Location:  Mill Creek Care Centre, Barrie ON

Responsibilities of the Covid Screener at Mill Creek Care Centre

- Screening all individuals entering designated entrance for symptoms, signs and travel based on the provided screening guidelines (consists of asking questions on screening form +/- temperature reading)

- Utilizing the screening tools provided to assess eligibility for entrance, including screening for signs and symptoms based on the screening tool

- Ensuring all individuals entering follow proper precautionary measures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment required

- Refer individuals to advanced screening if required 

Qualifications

Qualifications: Available to work between 6am - 2pm or 3pm - 11pm and weekends

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with a variety of staff
Physically capable of performing the duties of the position and tasks including bending, turning, lifting, walking and standing or sitting for long periods of time
Strong decision-making skills
Possess the ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision
Willingness to wear Personal Protective Equipment (mask, gloves, gown) required
should have taken covid test and should have got negative result
